For organizations we contacted

You received a note. It was meant for you.

If a partner from Hush Partners wrote to you, it is because an onchain asset matches your organization's name or business. The note is short on purpose. The detail is in your private room, and every fact in it can be checked without talking to us.

  • Nobody else received your note or can open your room
  • Nothing about it has been published, anywhere
  • You are under no obligation to reply

Every record in your room links to a public block explorer. Check the token, the holding wallet and the transfer history there.

Check the registry

Search the TLD on the Freename registry and compare what you see with your room.

Check the sender

We only ever write from addresses at Hush Partners. Treat anything else claiming to be us as unrelated.

Loop in counsel

Forward the note to your legal team if you prefer. We are used to being briefed through lawyers.

Questions organizations ask

Why did we receive this note?

Because an onchain asset matches your organization's name or business, and its holder believes it belongs with you. The note goes to one person in your organization and nowhere else.

Who are you acting for?

For the holder of the asset. The holder stays anonymous unless they decide otherwise. The contract would be with Hush Partners LLC.

Is this public?

No. Your room is unlisted, not indexed and not linked from anywhere. We never publish a TLD, a client or a counterparty.

What if we are not interested?

Tell us, and the approach ends. You will not be chased.

How would payment and transfer work?

Through marketplace escrow, on a venue you accept. Funds and TLD move together, or nothing moves. The transfer is confirmed onchain before the file is closed. You pay the price of the TLD and no fee to Hush Partners.

Is the price negotiable?

Terms are agreed privately between your organization and the partner named in your room. There is no public asking price.
