Recover your brand TLD at counsel's pace.
When an onchain TLD matching your trademark sits in a third party's wallet, getting it back is a legal team's project first and a negotiation second. Hush Partners hands counsel the record and the options, then runs the quiet acquisition they approve.
Five stages. Counsel signs off on each.
To get your brand name back onchain, nothing goes out until the person responsible for your trademarks says so.

What lands on counsel's desk
A memo your lawyers can read in ten minutes and act on the same day. It states what exists and what each option would take.
It contains no legal opinion and no verdict on the holder. When several names are involved, as they often are with a group, its brands and its products, one memo covers them all.
Brand domain recovery, web3 edition, minus the noise
The holder of a matching TLD may have registered it years ago with no plan at all. A respectful approach usually gets further than a letter.
- Your organization stays unnamed until counsel approves disclosure
- We can be briefed by, and report through, your outside law firm
- NDA on both sides before details are exchanged
- No public statement about the holder, ever
How is the approach framed for a trademark TLD?
As an invitation to a private conversation about an asset that matches your name. No threats, no deadlines that are not real. A first right of conversation is mentioned only when it actually exists.
What if Hush Partners already acts for the holder?
We tell you before any conversation, so you know which side we sit on. You then decide whether to talk, with the record in hand.
What happens after transfer?
The TLD sits in a wallet your organization controls, with no renewal. If you want to put it to work, post-transfer activation is scoped separately.
Start with the facts
Send the names that matter through the Trademark Name Check. A partner replies privately with what exists on the registries we cover.
Recovery questions
Is brand namespace recovery a legal dispute?
No. It is a private negotiation for an asset. Any legal question belongs to your counsel, who stays in charge of every step.
Can our outside counsel run the relationship?
Yes. Many legal teams prefer it. We take instructions from the firm and report to it, under NDA.
How long does it take to recover a brand TLD?
The record check takes days. The acquisition depends on the holder's response, which we do not control and will not promise.
Our name is not a trademark, just a product. Is this the right service?
Probably not. For product names, codenames and sector words, buy-side acquisition is the better fit.
