The desk

A desk built to be forgotten.

Hush Partners sells onchain top-level domains for the people who hold them and acquires them for the organizations they belong with. The best outcome of any file is a transfer nobody outside the room ever hears about.

A name that matches an organization is never just an asset.

When a TLD carries someone's name, a public listing reads like a threat and a loud buyer reads like a target. Either way the price moves and the conversation ends in the wrong department.

So we work in private. One short note to the right person, a private room only they can open, terms with a real validity date, and settlement in escrow, on the marketplace both sides agree on. Quiet protects the holder, the buyer and the price at the same time.

Why quiet sells better.

Discretion is a commercial choice. We are not shy about closing, and quiet is simply how the best terms get agreed.

Value

A TLD that circulates on marketplaces and in threads looks unwanted. A TLD that nobody has seen still has its full story to tell.

Access

General counsel answer a precise, private note. They rarely answer a public ask, and never a broadcast.

Leverage

Neither side negotiates against an audience. Positions stay flexible because nobody has to save face.

Aftermath

The new holder decides if and when the name is announced. Nothing about the deal follows either party around.

Principles we work by.

The full charter lives in our rules of engagement. These are the ideas behind it.

Both sides are people

Holders registered early and took a risk. Organizations are protecting something real. We represent one side at a time and treat the other with respect, always.

Records before rhetoric

Ownership, transfer history and subnames issued are public onchain records. Every claim we make links to one, so nobody has to take our word for anything.

True urgency only

Validity dates, a first right of conversation and shortlist sizes exist when they are real. We state them only then, and never inflate them to hurry a decision.

The right desk, first time

A trademark TLD is a legal and brand-protection question. We write to legal, IP or brand teams, and leave marketing out of it until the name is home.

Commercial, openly

We are paid to close. Every mandate is quoted privately, in writing, before anything starts. Only the client who mandates us is charged, a fixed amount.

How a file is staffed.

Every file gets one named partner, from the first note to closing. You learn their first name privately, at the start of the file. You will not find it on this site.

  • One partner who reads every message and joins every call
  • Specialists brought in behind the partner when a file needs them
  • Your counsel welcome at every step, and copied if you ask
  • Strict need-to-know. Nobody outside the file sees it
Your partner

First name given privately. Signs the NDA, runs the approach, negotiates the terms and stays until the transfer confirms onchain.

Your counterpart's partner

There isn't one. We act for one side of a file. The other side deals with us directly, or through their own counsel.

Your advisers

Lawyers, IP counsel and wealth advisers stay in the loop. If they referred the file, their split is paid onchain at closing through shaka.deal. For advisors.

What we are not.

It saves time to say it upfront.

  • Not a marketplace. Nothing is listed, nothing is browsable, and there is no catalog of TLDs to scroll through.
  • Not a registry. TLDs are registered on Freename. We neither issue TLDs nor control the registry.
  • Not a law firm. We give no legal advice. Rights in a name are a matter for your counsel, whom we are glad to work with.
  • Not an auction house. No public bids, no countdowns, no reserve prices announced to a crowd.
  • Not a broadcaster. We never publish a TLD, a client or a counterparty. Before, during or after.

No faces. No logos. On purpose.

You will not find a team page, client logos or a press wall here. People who hire a quiet desk deserve to stay out of its marketing, forever. If a firm shows you who it worked for, ask who it will show you to next.

No team photos

Partners are introduced by first name, privately, on the files they run.

No client logos

Holders and organizations are never named, including after closing.

No deal announcements

Closed files stay closed. No case studies, not even redacted ones.

The contracting entity is Hush Partners LLC. Reach it through the contact form.

Why only Farcaster

One public voice.
On a network nobody owns.

Hush Partners keeps one public account, and it is on Farcaster, for the reason it works with onchain names: the account belongs to its holder, not to the app that displays it. We post rarely, and never about a file.

An account we hold

It is registered onchain, the way a TLD is, and it moves with us from one app to the next.

No one in the middle

No single company decides who gets to read what we post, and no advertising system is built on those who do.

Public there, silent here

What we post is open to anyone. What a client tells us stays under NDA and never reaches any network.

Tell us what you hold. Quietly.

One named partner reads every request. Holders start with a private valuation. Organizations start with a confidential brief.
