Your client's name is onchain. You don't have to handle it alone.
Lawyers, IP counsel, wealth managers and family office advisers are often the first to hear that a TLD is sitting in a wallet. Refer the file to Hush Partners. We run the quiet part, you stay the trusted adviser, and your share of our fee is paid onchain through shaka.deal.
Who refers files to us.
Lawyers
A client holds a TLD that matches an organization, or has just found their own name registered onchain by someone else.
IP counsel
Brand-protection teams who need an acquisition handled discreetly, while the legal assessment stays with them. See brands and legal teams.
Wealth managers
Clients whose early registrations have become assets worth valuing, holding or selling. See holders.
Family office advisers
Families treating rare digital assets as positions, on either side of a trade. See funds and family offices.
How a referral runs.
Four steps. Your client consents before anything moves, and you choose how involved you stay.
You tell us
A short note through the form below. No client name needed at this stage.
Terms first
Your referral split is agreed privately, in writing, before any introduction.
One partner
A named partner runs the file. You are copied as much or as little as you and your client want.
Paid onchain
When our fee is paid, your split lands onchain through shaka.deal. Nothing to invoice.
Confidential in both directions.
Referring a file to Hush Partners does not expose you, your firm or your client. The same rules apply to you as to every party on a file.
- Your client's identity is never shared with a counterparty without their decision
- Your role as referrer is never disclosed to the other side unless you ask
- Our standard NDA binds you, your client and us from the first message
- No mention of you, your firm or the file on this site, ever
- Legal assessment stays with you. Hush Partners gives no legal advice
The split, paid with our fee.
Your split is a share of our service fee, never of the sale price, signed onchain through shaka.deal. No invoice to chase, no reconciliation months later, and a public record that the payment happened. The percentage is agreed privately for each file and set before the introduction.
Everything settles at closing.
Moves to the buyer through escrow.
Released to the seller from escrow.
Paid from our fee via shaka.deal.
Refer a file.
A few lines are enough to start. A partner replies to you directly, by email, and proposes terms before any introduction is made.
- 1Which sideIs your client holding a TLD, or looking to acquire one?
- 2What kind of assetA TLD matching an organization, a sector word, or another digital asset.
- 3Your client's positionAware and consenting, or you would like to discuss the approach first.
- 4Any timingOnly real dates. Accuracy helps more than speed.
Asked by advisers.
Does my client have to know about the referral?
Before anything moves, yes. You can describe the situation to us without naming anyone, but no approach starts without your client's consent.
How is the referral split calculated?
It is agreed privately for each file, in writing, before the introduction. We do not publish a standard rate, for the same reason we do not publish fees.
When is my split paid?
Your split follows our fee, not the sale. When the client pays our fee through shaka.deal, your share is paid on the same link. The terms say when the fee falls due.
Can I stay involved in the negotiation?
As much as you and your client want. Some advisers join every call, others prefer a summary at each stage. The partner on the file adapts.
