How exposed is your name onchain?
Eight questions about your organization's name on onchain registries. Your Namespace Exposure Score updates as you answer. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
A name can live on a registry you have never heard of.
Onchain registries issue top-level domains as tokens held in a wallet. A TLD such as .yourname has no annual renewal, and only its holder can issue names under it, like pay.yourname or agents.yourname.
If that holder is not you, someone else decides what your name means to wallets, payment flows and AI agents. This score shows how much of that picture you have in view today. It is a self-assessment built on what you already know. It does not check any registry.

How to read your score
Want the facts instead of a score?
Send us your names. The Trademark Name Check tells you privately what exists onchain today.
Request a Trademark Name Check- 0 to 24, low. You know where your name stands and someone owns the question. Keep registries in your monitoring.
- 25 to 49, moderate. No known problem, several unknowns. Most of the points come from what has not been checked.
- 50 to 74, high. Your name could be in someone else's wallet, or used under a TLD you do not control. A confidential check comes first.
- 75 to 100, critical. Your answers describe a name that others can issue, sell or build on today. Treat it as a priority for legal and brand protection.
The score weighs unknowns heavily on purpose. An unchecked registry is not proof of a problem, and a low score is not proof of safety. Your counsel decides what any finding means for your rights.
Questions about the score
Does this tool check onchain registries for my name?
No. It is a self-assessment that scores only your answers, in your browser. A confidential check by Hush Partners looks at the registries themselves and tells you which TLDs match your name and whether subnames exist under them.
Why does "we have never checked" score almost as high as "someone else holds it"?
Because you cannot act on what you have not seen. A TLD matching your name can exist on a registry your team does not follow, and its holder can issue names under it without asking you.
What happens if a TLD matching our name is held by someone else?
Hush Partners can approach the holder on your behalf without revealing who is asking. See brand namespace recovery and buy-side acquisition. Settlement runs through escrow, so funds and TLD move together or nothing moves.
Is an onchain TLD the same as a web domain?
No. An onchain TLD is recorded as a token in a wallet and resolves through the registry's resolution layer and compatible wallets and browsers. It is not part of the standard ICANN DNS root. Ask your counsel how it fits your brand-protection program.
