Privacy policy

Hush Partners LLC is responsible for the personal data sent through this website.

• What we keep: what you type into a form (name, organization, work email, the asset concerned, your message, a note reference), and for holders who choose to give it, the public wallet address that holds the TLD. We never ask for a signature, a private key or a seed phrase.
• Why: to answer your request and, if you give us a mandate, to carry it out. Nothing else. No newsletter, no profiling, no resale.
• Forms: on the pages that carry a form, and only there, an automated check supplied by one of our infrastructure providers is loaded to confirm that the sender is a person. It receives technical data about your browser and connection for that purpose alone. The other pages of the site load nothing from anyone else.
• Who sees it: the partner handling your file. The providers that host the site and deliver our mail handle it only to run the service, and are not named here on purpose. We never reveal a holder to a buyer, or a buyer to a holder, without consent.
• How long: only for as long as the exchange or the negotiation lasts. When it ends, with or without a transaction, we delete what you sent, except what the law obliges us to keep.
• Onchain records: wallets and transfers on a blockchain are public by nature and cannot be erased. We keep the link between a wallet and you confidential.
• Your rights: ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It carries no tracking and no advertising pixel. Visits are counted without cookies and in aggregate only, so no profile of you is ever built. Its fonts and scripts are served from its own address and its images from its own image address. The one outside component is the check that protects the forms, described under Privacy, which loads only on the pages that carry a form. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Terms of use

The content of this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Reading it, using a tool or sending a form creates no client relationship: we act only under a separate written mandate, which sets the scope and our fee. The fee is a fixed amount charged to the client who gives the mandate, never a percentage of a sale, and is paid onchain through a shaka.deal payment link. We do not publish prices, and we do not guarantee that any asset will be sold or acquired. Tool results are estimates based on what you enter. You may quote the site briefly with attribution; anything more needs our permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Confidentiality

Every request and every file is covered by default by our standard mutual NDA, on both sides, from the first message and after closing.

Independence

Hush Partners is an independent desk. It sells TLDs under mandate from their holders and TLDs from its own portfolio, and never names the seller of a given TLD. It is not the Freename registry, is not affiliated with ICANN, and does not speak for any registry, marketplace or wallet provider. Names such as .yourbrand used in examples are placeholders.
